Why are prices indicative?
Real cost depends on scope: number of pages, integration complexity, keyword volume. Indicative rates are the lower bound. We lock the exact figure in the contract after a 30-minute brief.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Standard split is 40/30/30: 40% upfront, 30% mid-stage, 30% on delivery. Projects above $3,000 can be split into 4-6 payments by agreement.
What currency do you invoice in?
UA clients — UAH (sole proprietor, no VAT). EU clients — EUR (Wise / IBAN). US — USD (Stripe Atlas, Wise, or Payoneer).
What if you miss the KPI?
The contract spells it out: if we miss the KPI within the agreed window, we refund 25-50% (depending on the service) or keep working at no cost until we hit it.
What's in the monthly SEO/ads retainer?
Team time (strategist, specialist, analyst), tool access (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Looker Studio), weekly reports, monthly strategy review. Ad budget is separate and paid directly to Google/Meta.
