Utah Chauffeurs serves national park tourists (Zion, Bryce, Arches), corporate clients, and VIP guests. The audience: people who pay a premium for punctuality, a spotless premium sedan, and a driver who knows every turn of a mountain road.

No online booking

The site had a contact-us form, after which you had to wait for an email reply. For a US tourist booking same-day — that's a lost client.

LCP 4.4s, mobile-unfriendly

70% of US traffic is mobile. The site loaded slowly, the booking button got lost.

Ads without segmentation

Google Ads on broad keywords like "chauffeur Utah", with no breakdown into tourists / airport / corporate / weddings. CPL $58 against a target of $30.

No live chat

US clients expect a chat response in 60 seconds. We had none — and Uber Black took them.
