This Policy governs how GoodWeb Ltd. (“we”) collects, uses and protects personal data of visitors to goodweb.ua and clients who reach out via contact forms.

By using the site, you confirm that you have read this Policy and agree to its terms. If you disagree — please do not submit contact data.

We collect only the data necessary to respond to your request and provide services:

• Contact data — name, phone, email, Telegram handle (from contact forms).
• Company data — company name, website, industry (from brief forms).
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, visit time (via server logs).
• Behavioural data — pages viewed, time on site (via Google Analytics 4 — anonymised).

• To respond to your request within 30 minutes (Mon–Fri, 10am–7pm).
• To send a proposal or brief for clarifying your task.
• To maintain client records and issue invoices.
• To analyse site performance and improve UX (aggregated, no identification).

We do not use your data for marketing without explicit consent and do not share it with third parties for commercial purposes.

The site uses the following cookie types:

• Essential — for forms, authentication, language switcher. Cannot be disabled.
• Analytics — Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation. Helps us understand which pages are useful.

We store client contact data in a CRM with transport encryption (TLS 1.3) and a server with daily backups. Access is limited to staff working on your project.

Data is deleted after 3 years from project end — or earlier on request.

We may update this Policy — e.g. when a new analytics tool appears or laws change. The last-updated date is shown at the top of the page.

For material changes, we will notify you by email (if you are our client) or via a site banner.
