Bomond — women’s footwear store + Torgsoft integration

Bomond is a Ukrainian online store for women's footwear from well-known brands. They came to us with a problem typical for a chain with physical stores: real warehouse and shop stock didn't match what the site displayed. Over 11 months we rebuilt the storefront on a modern frontend, set up a two-way Torgsoft integration — and eliminated manual work across 12 000+ SKUs.

Bomond is a women's footwear chain with brick-and-mortar stores and an online shop, working directly with European brands. Audience: women who want to buy a specific model and size, with stock guarantee and fast shipping.

Manual Torgsoft → site export

A manager spent 6–8 hours weekly: export CSV from Torgsoft, clean, import into OpenCart, verify by hand.

"Bought it — out of stock"

Customer orders the last size, site shows it in stock — but Torgsoft already sold it offline. Order cancelled, negative review.

LCP 4.6s, 6-step checkout

A category page with 100+ items loaded for 5 seconds. Checkout demanded registration, passport ID, separate shipping form.

Cart without sizes

The chosen size wasn't shown in the cart. Women bought the wrong size, returned it, margin suffered.

What we did

Implementation details.

Development + Torgsoft

Store on OpenCart + UpStore + a custom REST bridge to Torgsoft. Two-way sync of stock, prices, and new arrivals.

  • REST-API bridge between Torgsoft and the site: products, variants, stock, prices, new arrivals — synced every 15 min.
  • Product card with variants: size, color, in-store availability (can be reserved online and picked up offline).
  • Cart and checkout rewritten: chosen size visible in cart, guest checkout, Apple/Google Pay, Nova Poshta in one click.
  • Speed: LCP 4.6s → 1.4s. Image CDN, lazy-load, incremental hydration.
  • "Last-size" reservation hold for 15 min once added to cart — eliminating the "bought it, no stock" issue.
  • GA4 + e-commerce events. Looker Studio dashboard for the client with sales by brand, model, and size.
  • Separate admin screen — sync conflict audit per day, with manual override option.
