STAN COMPLECT is a supplier of industrial metalworking equipment in Ukraine with offices in 5 cities. They came to us with a generic WordPress site, no structured catalog, and zero traffic sources besides word-of-mouth. Over 9 months we rebuilt the site around B2B logic: filters by equipment type, technical specifications, request-a-quote forms, and regional pages for Kyiv / Lviv / Odesa / Dnipro / Kharkiv.

STANKOM — B2B metalworking equipment site redesign

STAN COMPLECT supplies metalworking equipment — lathes, milling and grinding machines, CNC systems, hydraulic presses — to Ukrainian factories and manufacturing plants. Audience: chief engineers and plant owners.

Catalog without filters

600 items in a flat list. An engineer couldn't find a lathe with a specific machining diameter in reasonable time.

LCP 3.8s, not mobile-friendly

The old adaptive menu collapsed into a vertical column without structure. Most conversions died on mobile.

No regional pages

The company has 5 regional offices, but the site never showed it. Local SEO for "buy machine Kyiv" — zero presence.

Quote requests vanished in email

The price-request form sent to a generic mailbox, no CRM, no notifications. Leads got lost in spam.

Full redesign on WordPress + custom B2B catalog theme, with filters and regional SEO.

  • Custom theme built around the catalog: filters by equipment type, power, dimensions, manufacturer, price.
  • Product card with full specifications, video demo, and a "Request a quote" block in the visible viewport.
  • 5 regional pages (Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa, Dnipro, Kharkiv) with local address, manager contact, regional stock, and reviews.
  • Quote form integrated with CRM: automatic routing to managers by region + Telegram notifications.
  • Speed: LCP 3.8s → 1.3s, CLS < 0.05. Image CDN, lazy-load, inline critical CSS.
  • SEO: 4-level semantics (category → subcategory → product → region), 600+ new URLs in Search Console.
  • 24/7 Looker Studio dashboard: leads, conversion by category, heatmap of cross-page navigation.
